RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days pass since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS / ORDER
In the event that you receive your “NON-FOOD” order and there is physical product damage, record the damage immediately and email the images to rwd0723@gmail.com along with a description of the issue.
REFUNDS
Once your return item is received and inspected , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
There will always be processing time before a refund is posted. Live Oak County Oil & Gas will notify you once a refund has been issued so you can begin tracking the progress of the funds.
